APL stated that for concealment, omission, or false declaration of the goods' name, APL will collect corresponding liquidated damages from July 3, 2018.
The scope of this provision includes:
 
POL: China Mainland and Hong Kong
Destination: All areas
 
Concealment, omission, or false declaration of the goods' name of Dangerous Goods (DGM): $ 10,000 per Natural Container
Concealment, omission, or false declaration of the goods' name of Non Dangerous Goods (MMC):
$ 10,000 per Natural Container

Note: The consignor must ensure the accuracy of the name of the goods on the booking and bill of lading. If situations mention above were found, it must pay the corresponding penalty to APL.
